About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor who can deliver a top‑notch customer experience and lead the sales floor while upholding the standards of our iconic brand.
Key Responsibilities- Drive daily sales goals and support a motivating and inclusive team environment.
- Open and close the store, lead key holder duties and manage daily operations.
- Coach associates in real-time, deliver training and promote brand messages.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, handle cash, and maintain visual standards.
- Represent the brand to customers, fostering loyalty through strong product knowledge.
- Customer Experience Expert – energize and inspire every customer interaction.
- Key Holder & Leader on Duty – take ownership of store opening/closing and driving sales performance.
- Brand Ambassador – stay current on campaigns and promote brand vision.
- Proactive Team Player – execute floor tasks and support associates.
- Social Influencer – radiate pride and passion for the brand.
- Friendliness, organization and excellent time‑management skills.
- Confidence in leading by example and resolving issues in the moment.
- Energy and excitement around brand goals and values.
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
