Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You possess a passion for AEO Brand Standards, a keen eye for merchandising, and meticulous attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

You represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

• Carry out effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to keep product moving.
• Maintain the Stockroom efficiently, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures remain organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a game plan, and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with team members, stepping in to complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests when needed.
• Adhere to safety standards, Asset Protection guidelines, and all AEO policies and procedures.

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, priority setting, and time management.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock‑related role.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location.
