Full Time

$18.12 per Hour

Daytime:
Mon – 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM, Tue – 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM, Wed – 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM, Thu – 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM, Sun – 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public-facing areas, report unusual activity, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy violations in accordance with site guidelines.
• Assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic, provide information to the public, and support daily operations while following post orders and government location requirements.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
