Location

Hawaii on the island of Oahu in the city of Kapolei. No relocation assistance is being offered.

BSEt, LLC is seeking motivated Telecom Laborers to support telecommunications and fiber optic infrastructure projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a growing team.

We offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, excellent benefits, and per diem for qualifying travel assignments. Pay Range: $18.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience).

• Assist with telecom and fiber optic installation projects
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment
• Prepare and clean work sites
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Assist with underground and overhead telecom work
• Maintain trucks, tools, and equipment
• Follow company safety practices and procedures
• Support team members as needed and perform other assigned duties

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform physical work in outdoor environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment background screening, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements

• Telecommunications or fiber optic installation
• Construction or labor work

• Underground or overhead utility work
• Warehouse or material handling experience

• Working in various weather conditions
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day
