About the RoleBSEt, LLC is seeking motivated Telecom Laborers to support telecommunications and fiber optic infrastructure projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a growing team.
We offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, excellent benefits, and per diem for qualifying travel assignments. Pay Range: $18.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience).
What You’ll Do- Assist with telecom and fiber optic installation projects
- Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean work sites
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Assist with underground and overhead telecom work
- Maintain trucks, tools, and equipment
- Follow company safety practices and procedures
- Support team members as needed and perform other assigned duties
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical work in outdoor environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to pass pre‑employment background screening, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements
- Telecommunications or fiber optic installation
- Construction or labor work
- Use of basic hand and power tools
- Underground or overhead utility work
- Warehouse or material handling experience
- Working in various weather conditions
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day
- Working on uneven terrain and construction sites
- Overtime, nights, weekends, and travel as required
