CSI International - - Responsibilities:
Perform on-site maintenance tasks including drywall patching and repair, painting, weed whacking, lawn mowing, furniture assembly and repair, picture hanging, simple plumbing repairs, and light bulb replacement;
Conduct asphalt and concrete repairs and general building maintenance;
Ensure safety procedures and company guidelines are followed while performing tasks;
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule;
Maintain clear communication with supervisors and customers about job progress
