Building Maintenance Helper - Oahu

Performs routine manual and semi‑skilled tasks and assists a building maintenance worker or a skilled building tradesperson in building maintenance and repair work relevant to the carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical trades; and performs other related duties as assigned.

• Legal authorization to work: U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
• Experience and training:
  Two (2) years of work experience in performing a variety of building maintenance repair work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Driver's license:
  Some positions require a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
• Forklift certification:
  Must obtain forklift certification within 6 months from the date of hire.
