- Basic
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four- year college or university with a minimum of 12 semester credit hours in courses such as counseling, criminal justice, human services, psychology, social work, social welfare, sociology or other behavioral sciences. - Specialized
Experience:
Six months for Level II; one and one-half years for Level III; two and one-half years for Level IV with progressively responsible professional work experience that involves helping individuals and families resolve problems and function effectively. - Substitutions: Relevant substitutions described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements apply.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for some positions.
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program:
