Warehouse Inventory Control Auditor

Position Overview

Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Auditor validates product before delivery to customers, measuring outbound selection accuracy.

Shift: 2nd Shift – Sunday to Thursday (2:00–10:30pm) / Monday to Thursday (3:00–11:30pm). Pay: $22 per hour.

Location:

Kapolei, HI.

• Validate that physical product matches the customer order using a handheld scanner.
• Scan and compare product to system billed quantity.
• Unload product to the floor, perform physical count, and reconcile scanner count.
• Identify and root‑cause errors found in pick slots.
• Correct mis‑select errors and shortages according to the customer contract.
• Reload validated product onto pallets and return to dock or trailer.
• Perform quality checks related to pallet construction, wrapping, stacking, and positioning.
• Unload pallets using an electronic pallet jack or identify random pallets for audit.

• Continual standing, bending, pulling, lifting, and pivoting up to 90% of the shift.
• Lift product weighing 1–60lbs or more.
• Work on multiple levels of varying height.
• No travel required.

• 0–2 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems and software.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, and lift 20–60lbs.
• General Equivalency Diploma, or High School Diploma.
