Office Administrator/ Coordinator
What you will do:
- Ensure smooth implementation of processes in place.
- Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments within the company.
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries from suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to warehouse operations, production and the SCIP program.
- Prepare and scan all receiving documentation including packing lists and/or invoices.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team: participate in day-to-day warehouse activities, as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in warehouse operations.
- Excellent time management skills: ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize work.
- Multitasking and prioritization: capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail: notice and address small details to ensure accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze situations and find effective solutions.
- Ability to organize and plan tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite: particularly strong skills in MS Excel.
- Experience with Eclipse, preferred.
- Capable of lifting to 20 pounds, essential for hands-on warehouse work.
- Good Attendance/Safety/Work Record.
- Warehouse environment.
This role is based in Kapolei, HI
Salary Range:- This is a non-exempt position and pays between $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within Hawaii. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
