Case Picker

We are seeking a dependable Case Picker to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking merchandise cases and preparing them for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. • Pick merchandise cases based on store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
• Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 0–2 years of warehouse or case picking experience preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $31.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
