Order Fulfillment Clerk; Seasonal

THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION LOCATED IN KAPOLEI THAT WILL ONLY LAST UNTIL END OF DECEMBER 2026.

Responsible for performing production duties (picking, packing, and shipping) and assisting management to ensure that orders are processed in an efficient, organized, and timely manner. Expected to understandallaspectsofthephysicalfulfillmentoforders. Requiredtoassistinorderprocessingandprinting of shipment labels, depending on order volume.

• Maintainsworkstationinacleanandorganizedcondition
• MovesproductusingtheWMSSystemandassist inconductingcyclecounts
• Examinesandverifiesproductsacrossmultiplestagesofthefulfillmentlinetoensurecorrectitem,counts and labels
• Safely conductspre/post-operationaldailytasksincludingorderingfinishedproducts,completingdailyorder and inventory logs, and replenishing shipping supplies
• Assistsinorderprocessingusingvariouscomputershippingprograms:
• Organizeandseparatecustomerpackingslips/invoicesbasedonfulfillmentprocesses (products, box type, and gel ice / no gel ice orders)
• Performqualitycontroloforderstoensureerrorsarecorrectedbeforereachingfulfillment production
• Distributemasterpicklistsandpackingslipstodesignatedfulfillmentproductionareas
• Consistentlydemonstratesasenseofurgency
• Communicatessuggestions,ideas,andsolutionstomanagementtoimprovecurrentoperations
• Crosstrainswithotherdepartmentmembersformaximumflexibility
• Performsallother Order Fulfillmentrelatedtasksasassigned
• Perform other duties as assigned including housekeeping of common areas

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent
