Pay and Benefits

Pay ranges from $23.00 to $29.00 per hour depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Night differential of $1.25 per hour
  • Monday - Thursday night schedule
  • $500 signing bonus (paid at 60 days of employment)
  • $500 retention bonuses at 6-month and 12-month marks
  • Up to 128 hours of Paid Time Off annually to start (13 days)

Job Description

Responsible for daily receiving, stocking, and pulling of product for customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Essential duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assemble customer orders from stock and build orders on pallets, safely for successful delivery.
  • Read and use customer pick sheets to determine items to gather, palletize, and distribute.
  • Fill orders or issue supplies from stock with care and diligence.
  • Achieve and maintain case picks per hour and accuracy goals as assigned.
  • Understand and utilize company-specific computer systems and software to direct workflow.
  • Load or unload delivery trucks daily.
  • Count, sort, or weigh incoming product to verify receipt.
  • Store product in bins, racks, on floor, or on shelves according to identifying information.
  • Examine stock to verify conformance to quality specifications and take pride in distributed products.
  • Keep locations neat and rotated to ensure freshness.
  • Accurately document amounts of products received, distributed, or set aside due to damage or out-of-date items.
  • Help clean warehouse areas by sweeping and disposing of trash and empty boxes at end of shift.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, or annual inventory cycles to count SKUs.
  • Participate in forklift and pallet jack training and certification.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Prefer working knowledge of warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operations, pallet building, and inventory procedures.
  • Must have or acquire forklift certification.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

  • Regular and constant lifting/moving/pulling or pushing of 27–55 pounds; occasionally up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, or walk; use hands to handle objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Must have complete visual ability to minimize personal and property damage.
Work Environment

The work environment may include varying temperatures (cooler or warehouse floor), occasional exposure to high places, outside weather, fumes or airborne particles, and moderate to high noise levels from forklift horns.
