Customer Service Representative – 1117 Ga Highway #114 (Full Time)

Domino’s is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, take orders, run the store, and support the team.

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Make and assemble high‑quality Domino’s pizzas.
• Operate all store equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock ingredients and manage inventory; prepare product.
• Process telephone orders and complete associated paperwork.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and portion control.
• Clean equipment and the facility regularly (daily).
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and general store upkeep.

• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic and cash handling.
• Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements; ability to use touch‑screen or keyboard to enter orders.
• Adaptable to varying temperatures, loud noise, and physical demands (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, carrying up to 30 lb).
• Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment with adequate stress tolerance.

• Must stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
• May lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 50 lb) and use hand trucks.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 36 °F to above 90 °F.
• Handle hot surfaces (oven up to 500 °F) and sharp tools safely.
• Operate in a busy, noisy environment with food odors.
