JOB DESCRIPTION

The Water Restoration Lead Technician /Assistant Project Managerleadsamitigationcrewinwater ,fire,andmoldremediationprojects,ensuringworkisperformedsafely,efficiently,andtoindustrystandardswhiledeliveringexcellentcustomerservice.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadanddirectthemitigationcrewonwater,fire,smoke,andmoldremediationprojects.
• Performandsupervisewaterextraction,structural drying,demolition,andremediationproductionwork.
• Setupandmonitordryingequipmentandaccuratelydocumentmoisturereadingsanddailyprogress.
• ManageandcompletejobsaccordingtoSERVPROprocessesperworkorder,monitoringassignedjobsfromstarttofinish.
• Respondtoservicecalls,setupandestablishefficientjobflow,andcoordinatetherequirementsforeachjob.
• Communicateclearexpectationstopproductiontechniciansandsupervisetheiractivitiesandqualityofwork.
• Explainprocessesandanswercustomerquestions,establishingrelationshipswithcommercial,insurance,andresidentialcustomers.
• Monitor,communicate,andrespondtocustomerneedsandconcernstoensurecustomersatisfaction.
• Maintaincontinuouscommunicationwithinternalparties,including the

• Identifysafetyhazards,communicate them,andestablishcontrolmeasurestoensurethesafetyofoccupantsandworkers.
• Followandenforceallsafetyproceduresonthejobsite.
• Resolveproblemsquicklyastheyarise.
• Managejobfiledocumentationtoensurecompleteandaccurateprojectdetails,includingphotosandrequiredreadings.
• Manageandcontrolthecostsofproductionprojects.
• Manageassetsbyprotectingandproperlyusingequipmentandmaterials.
• Cleanandmaintainvehicles,equipment,warehouse,andofficeareas.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Highschooldiploma/GEDrequired.
• 1-3yearsofwater/firemitigationexperience.
• IICRCWRTorsimilarcertificationpreferred.
• Knowledgeofdryingequipmentandmoisturedocumentation.
• Valid driver'slicenseandstrongcustomerserviceskills,required.
• Mustbeabletoworkinpersonandtraveltojobsitesasneeded.
  
  Availableforweekendandafter-hourson-call rotation.
• Mustbeauthorizedtoworklawfullyinthe United Statesandabletosuccessfullycompleteabackgroundchecksubjecttoapplicablelaw .

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job Type:

• Full-Time,upto
  40hoursperweek.
• On-Call

Salary
:$18-$23/hour,pending experience.
