- Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Partner with auditors and business leaders to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives that shape the future of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with advanced knowledge of US GAAP and SOX.
- Experience in retail inventory accounting and process automation is a plus.
