Senior Accountant

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing industrial services organization in the Katy area to identify a Senior Accountant to join their expanding accounting team. This is a highly visible role supporting both financial reporting and operational accounting in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on — owning pieces of the close, partnering with operations on cost analysis, and contributing to process and system improvements as the organization continues to scale.

• Support and help lead the month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Partner with Project Managers and operations teams on cost accounting, job costing, and WIP analysis
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
• Assist with process improvements, system optimization, and future ERP initiatives
• Support leadership with growth-related projects and integrations

• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Background in construction, manufacturing, industrial services, or project-based environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• ERP experience or system implementation exposure is a plus
