- Lead all daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements and management reporting packages.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
- Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and payroll processes.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies.
- Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Partner with operational leadership to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Assist with ERP optimization, process improvements, and system enhancements as needed.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff.
- Hands‑on leader comfortable operating in a growing, entrepreneurial organization.
- Experience supporting inventory, purchasing, and supply chain accounting.
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to balance strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day execution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across finance and operations.
