We specialize in generator sales, service, maintenance, rentals, and emergency backup power systems for commercial and industrial customers. Our team is committed to reliability, responsiveness, and helping customers stay operational when power matters most.
What You'll DoIn this role, you will serve as a key support person for office and branch operations by helping with administrative, clerical, and coordination duties such as:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Assisting with quotes, service paperwork, and customer records
- Supporting purchasing and vendor coordination as needed
- Helping maintain organized files, reports, and internal documentation
- Assisting with accounting functions including invoice and system entry
- Managing incoming mail and office communications
- Supporting branch leadership with special projects and day‑to‑day needs
- Helping ensure deadlines and priorities stay on track
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous administrative assistant, office coordinator, or clerical experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills with customers, vendors, and team members
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus (P21 experience a bonus)
