Field Support Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Field Support Coordinator to support field operations. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders, validating proof of delivery (POD), and ensuring timely invoice processing to maintain strong supplier relationships and operational continuity.
This position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency, while also analyzing data to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
+ Create, maintain, and track field purchase orders (POs) throughout the procurement lifecycle
+ Review and validate proof of delivery (POD) documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
+ Process invoices accurately and efficiently to support timely vendor payments
+ Analyze PO, invoice, and delivery data to identify discrepancies, trends, and process improvement opportunities
+ Investigate and resolve mismatches between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
+ Monitor approval workflows and proactively follow up to prevent processing delays
+ Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready records and documentation
+ Collaborate with field teams, vendors, accounting, and operations personnel to resolve issues and support business objectives
+ Support compliance with company policies, financial controls, and procurement procedures
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, accounts payable, receiving, field support, or a related administrative function
+ Working knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, receiving, and delivery documentation processes
+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (Infor LN preferred)
