Job Title
Clerk – Front Office/Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred)

Reports To: Principal/Administrator
Duty Days: 197 Days
Wage/Hour Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Grade: AS01
Position Type: Full-Time
Qualifications- College hours, high school diploma or GED
- Proficient keyboarding, word processing, and file maintenance skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- General office management
- Ability to work with people
- Receptionist skills
- Literacy in spelling and grammar
- School office experience or volunteer experience (preferred)
Clerical duties as assigned.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Filing – set up new files and keep all files orderly and current.
- Type correspondence, forms, etc.
- Answer telephone, take messages, and transfer calls.
- General receptionist duties.
- Assist students and teachers when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Personal computer, typewriter, printer, copier, and fax machine.
Working ConditionsWork with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions.
Job Requirements- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
