Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of automotive parts and repair processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians by preparing vehicles for body repair, including washing, sanding, and masking surfaces.

• Remove and install vehicle parts such as bumpers, trim, and glass under the guidance of technicians.
• Clean and dispose of waste materials in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Support the team in moving vehicles within the shop and staging them for various repair processes.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure workflow efficiency.
