Internship (Staffing, Business Development, Social Media Management & Marketing Interns)

Overview: We are a multi-industry staffing firm supporting clients in healthcare, technology, logistics, manufacturing, finance, and professional services. We are seeking motivated Interns to support recruiting operations while also contributing to marketing initiatives, social media strategy, and business development outreach. This internship is ideal for students interested in HR, recruiting, marketing, sales, or business operations and looking for credible experience to build their resume.
This Internship may qualify for college credit.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Staffing Support
- Candidate sourcing - Identify talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Resume screening - Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
- Interview coordination - Schedule interviews and support communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Job posting management - Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms.
- ATS data management - Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation.
- Lead research - Identify potential client companies across multiple industries.
- Outreach support - Assist with email campaigns, follow-ups, and introductory communication.
- Client presentation prep - Help create pitch decks, capability statements, and service overviews.
- Market analysis - Track hiring trends and competitive activity to support sales strategy.
- Content creation - Draft posts for Linked In, Instagram, and other platforms highlighting jobs, company culture, and industry insights.
- Brand awareness - Support campaigns that promote the company's services and employer brand.
- Social media management - Assist with scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking analytics.
- Email marketing - Help build newsletters, job alerts, and marketing emails.
- Graphic support - Assist in creating simple visuals using Canva or similar tools.
- Full-cycle recruiting fundamentals

- Marketing analytics and content planning
- Professional communication with candidates and clients
- ATS and CRM systems used in staffing
- Interest in HR, recruiting, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office is a plus
- 6-8 weeks
