  • Create and maintain employees’ files
  • Prepare Termination process
  • Vendors:
    Sign-up with vendors
  • Place part orders
  • Follow up on part orders
  • Inventory:
    Office and vans inventory management
  • Accounts Receivable:
    Process payments
  • Follow up on overdue invoices
  • Accounts Payable:
    Pay bills on time
  • Payroll:
    Creating and sending timesheets
  • Submitting timesheets to payroll portal
  • Accounting:
    Bookkeeping
  • Presenting tax returns
  • Presenting sales tax payments
  • Cash Flow:
    Keeping track and managing cash flow
  • Insurance:
    Keeping track of insurance
  • Requesting certificates of insurance
  • Dispatch:
    Arranging techs schedule
  • Adding jobs to schedule
  • Customer Service:
    Communication with customers
