Responsibilities- Effectively communicate with drivers and sales staff to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Follow up with questions and concerns.
- Assist the warehouse staff with pick and pack, will calls, pick up now orders and truck orders.

- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong PC skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Email & Internet Use - Working knowledge of FMSCA/DOT and ability to interpret government regulations
- Excellent communication, written, verbal, and training/presentation skills including familiarity with reporting, presentation, and file management software
- Strong reasoning, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to develop and document standard operating processes
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and well organized
- Ability to collaborate and work across the organization
- Ability to independently follow and execute work assignments, follow procedures, and make decisions determined from available choices and from established guidelines.
- Ability to explain information to a wide range of audiences
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet deadlines.
