This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as a Co-Op in the Aerospace Defense & Marine Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:
- Supporting the development and execution of strategic operations priorities
- Driving projects that contribute to long term operations enablement of revenue growth
- Developing plans to bring best-in-class operating practices into AD&M
At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:
- Analyze strategic operations scenarios and trade-offs including Make vs. Buy decisions, footprint location decisions, and project prioritization tradeoffs
- Analyze past and current operations performance trends to determine priorities for long term strategic action
- Research trends in operations and supply chain including benchmarking best practices, emerging technologies, and process innovations
- Assist with preparation of management presentations on strategy topics
- Support project documentation, and facilitate communication across the operations team
- Have earned a high school diploma or GED
- Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Related Major from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
- Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
- Like to creatively solve problems using data and analytics
- Are intellectually curious and a self-starter
