We are seeking a Farmers Insurance Customer Service Representative who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and professional service. In this role, you will support existing clients by handling policy changes, payments, and service requests while maintaining the high standards our agency is known for. - Base salary of $33,000 to $49,000 based on experience
- Work from home flexibility
- Monday through Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off

Responsibilities- Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email
- Assist existing clients with policy changes and service requests
- Process payments accurately and explain billing questions clearly
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records
- Provide confident, solutions-focused support on every interaction
- An active insurance license is required
- Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and clear written communication skills
- Comfort using computer systems and agency software
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
