We are seeking a Farmers Insurance Customer Service Representative who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and professional service. In this role, you will support existing clients by handling policy changes, payments, and service requests while maintaining the high standards our agency is known for. This position offers a supportive work environment, clear expectations, and room for professional growth within a growing agency.

  • Base salary of $33,000 to $49,000 based on experience
  • Work from home flexibility
  • Monday through Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off

Responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email

Requirements
  • An active insurance license is required
  • Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred
