Base Salary is $40-55K based on experience plus Bonuses!!

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and potentially other channels.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance policies and services.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general account maintenance.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions clearly in our system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Current Property &Casualty License is a plus but we are willing to train and assist the right candidate in obtaining one.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A friendly and patient demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs thoroughly.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) speaking is a plus.
