As the Sales Associate Team Lead, you'll guide and support a team of 4 sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll also:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring issues are resolved smoothly.
- Process sales orders, payments, exchanges, and returns in line with company policies.
- Manage daily deposits and end-of-day bank verifications.
- Stay up-to-date on promotional offers and product knowledge to upsell effectively.
- Lead by example, motivating your team to meet sales quotas and deliver top-notch service.
- Monitor call and mail histories to ensure all customers are assisted in a timely manner.
- Craft professional emails and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in both Spanish and English.
- Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in retail, call centers, or fast food.
- Bilingual Fluency:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish are a must. - Customer Service Skills:
Passion for helping customers, strong upselling abilities, and a friendly, professional demeanor. - Tech-Savvy:
Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Calendar, social media, Whats App, Google Chat, and CRM systems. - Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
