Lapels Dry Cleaning is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps for afternoon shifts!

Lapels Dry Cleaning is seeking responsible, personable Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Candidates should possess a clean, neat appearance, be detail oriented and have a positive, friendly attitude for dealing with customers. No prior industry experience required. Full time and Part time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and/or questions
• Sort and examine articles of clothing
• Mark-In incoming customer orders
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous customer service experience an asset
• No previous experience in Dry Cleaning required
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
