Position: Lead Support Center Specialist - Customer Experience

Katy Independent School District in Katy, Texas, is seeking a Lead - Support Center Representative to provide quality customer service and manage daily service delivery issues. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction and support TSC representatives through training and coordination.
