Goldfish Swim School in Katy, Texas, is looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our members. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, proactively driving new enrollments, managing registrations, and coordinating schedules for instructors. Candidates should have 2+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient in English and Spanish.

CPR and First Aid certifications are required, or must be obtained upon hire. Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are offered.
