Goldfish Swim School Katy is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional service while proactively driving enrollments and be cross-trained as a Swim Instructor with curriculum knowledge.
You will greet families, handle inquiries, manage registrations, payments, and maintain the front desk and displays. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred for effective communication.
