What You'll DoManage and prioritize internal customer requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely updates to customers

Develop and maintain knowledge of internal products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Identify and escalate potential issues to management, providing recommendations for resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems and tools

What You'll Bring2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical environment

Strong understanding of internal products and services

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Proficiency in internal systems and tools, including CRM and ticketing systems

Familiarity with industry-standard best practices for customer service and support

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
