Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager
Are you a driven, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment - and ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a highly organized and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager to join our growing team.
No dental experience? No problem. If you come from a customer-facing background and are feeling stuck or stagnant, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their options
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a smooth patient flow
- Lead, motivate, and support the front office team
- Coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and billing processes
- Build strong relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and retention
- Ensure compliance with office policies and industry standards
- Someone in a customer-facing role (sales, hospitality, retail, food service, etc.) who feels stuck or underutilized
- A motivated individual ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
- A natural communicator who enjoys helping people make informed decisions
- Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a goal-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence discussing finances and presenting options
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Leadership mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow (dental experience is a plus, but not required)
