• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their options
• Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a smooth patient flow
• Lead, motivate, and support the front office team
• Coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and billing processes
• Build strong relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and retention
• Ensure compliance with office policies and industry standards

• Someone in a customer-facing role (sales, hospitality, retail, food service, etc.) who feels stuck or underutilized
• A motivated individual ready to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career
• A natural communicator who enjoys helping people make informed decisions
• Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a goal‑oriented environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence discussing finances and presenting options

• Willingness to learn and grow (dental experience is a plus, but not required)
