We’re a privately owned, two-location practice in Katy (Cinco Ranch & Fulshear) that the community voted the Best Dental Office in Katy. That doesn’t happen by accident. A day in the life:
Guide patients through their treatment plans with confidence, compassion, and clarity
Present treatment estimates, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options in a way patients can easily understand
Help patients move forward with the care they need—through education and trust, never pressure
Stay organized and accurate with treatment plans, insurance estimates, scheduling, and follow-up
Work closely with doctors and clinical teams to create a seamless patient experience
Owner-led practice. Decisions get made by our founder who listens, not a regional VP in another state
What we’re looking for:
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and building relationships
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
Confident discussing financials and payment options without feeling “salesy”
Able to explain complex information in a simple, reassuring way
Organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple priorities moving
Dental treatment coordinating experience is required
