We’re a privately owned, two-location practice in Katy (Cinco Ranch & Fulshear) that the community voted the Best Dental Office in Katy. That doesn’t happen by accident. A day in the life:- Guide patients through their treatment plans with confidence, compassion, and clarity
- Present treatment estimates, insurance benefits, financing, and payment options in a way patients can easily understand
- Help patients move forward with the care they need—through education and trust, never pressure
- Stay organized and accurate with treatment plans, insurance estimates, scheduling, and follow-up
- Work closely with doctors and clinical teams to create a seamless patient experience
- Owner-led practice. Decisions get made by our founder who listens, not a regional VP in another state
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and building relationships
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
- Confident discussing financials and payment options without feeling “salesy”
- Able to explain complex information in a simple, reassuring way
- Organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple priorities moving
- Dental Treatment Coordinating Experience Is Required
- Three days on, four days off, 31–35 hours/week
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
