Trinity Dental Centers is looking for an experienced, motivated, and dependable Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, teamwork, training, and maintaining strong clinical operations.

Responsibilities
* Lead and support dental assistant team members
* Assist doctors during procedures and patient treatment
* Help maintain daily clinic flow and efficiency
* Ensure operatories are fully stocked and compliant
* Train and mentor new team members
* Monitor sterilization and OSHA compliance standards
* Support patient communication and treatment understanding
* Assist management with clinical operations as needed Qualifications
* Previous Dental Assistant experience required
* Leadership or Lead DA experience preferred
* X-ray certification preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
