Key Responsibilities- Deliver educational sessions both virtually and in-person.
- Develop and maintain training materials and onboarding plans.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to coders.
- Assist with audits and quality reviews.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and consistency.
- 7 years of coding experience.
- 2 years of teaching or training experience.
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Strong experience in coding compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Certification required: RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CPC.
