This is a full-time, traveling role with our home office located in Katy, TX, for a Technical Advisor. The role involves providing high-quality technical support to customers during installation, commissioning and overhauls, identifying and solving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting troubleshooting procedures, communicating effectively with clients, analyzing technical challenges, and delivering solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The Technical Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and provide expert guidance where required.

• Strong analytical skills to assess, diagnose, and solve technical challenges effectively
• Possess superior communication and customer service skills to engage with clients and build strong relationships
• Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Experience in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ten + years background in installation, commissioning and overhaul of compression is preferred
• Familiarity with energy or mechanical systems industry is a plus
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
