Project Manager, Engineering Design & Technologists, Operations Manager

A growing organization in the energy and industrial infrastructure sector is seeking a technically inclined Project Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee the execution of large‑scale capital projects. This individual will serve as a critical link between engineering design and project delivery, ensuring that technical drawings, specifications, and design packages are accurately implemented throughout construction and commissioning.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resourcing plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with internal engineering teams and external contractors to ensure timely project delivery.

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ensure design compliance across procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.

• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, operations, and EPC or construction partners.
• Lead design reviews and resolve technical queries during project execution.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technical scope, scheduling, and execution.

• Maintain complete project documentation, progress reporting, and change-order management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience within energy, industrial, or large‑scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and design packages.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
