About the RoleWe are seeking a Mechanical Engineer or Senior Mechanical Engineer to design and develop advanced AI server cooling systems used in GPU- and CPU-based data center platforms.
This is a hands‑on mechanical design role focused on product development, manufacturability, and bringing cooling hardware from concept through mass production while collaborating with global engineering teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities- Design mechanical components and assemblies for AI server cooling hardware
- Develop 3D CAD models and engineering drawings (Creo / ProE preferred)
- Drive design for manufacturability (DFM), cost optimization, and product quality
- Support development through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production
- Work closely with Asia‑based suppliers and manufacturing teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and DFMEA / PFMEA to improve product reliability
- Support ECO / ECN changes and production issue resolution
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong CAD experience (Creo / ProE preferred)
- Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Experience delivering products from design through mass production
Travel:
Travel to China / Asia required
Mechanical Engineer: $80,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
Senior Mechanical Engineer: $120,000 – $170,000 (DOE)
