Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated CAD Designer to join their team. As a CAD Designer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting design and drafting activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title:CAD Designer
Pay Range:$34.62
What's the Job?- Create and modify CAD models and engineering drawings supporting manufacturing projects
- Assist engineering and manufacturing teams with drafting and design activities
- Support tolerance analysis and update drawings as needed
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production personnel to ensure design accuracy
- Maintain compliance with company drafting standards and procedures throughout project lifecycle
- Working knowledge and experience with Autodesk Inventor
- Basic CAD drafting and design experience, including creating and modifying engineering drawings and models
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong attention to detail
- Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers is a plus
- Training, coursework, certification, or documented experience in CAD design or drafting
