Mid Level Structural Designer

Prepare structural drawings and models under the direction of a Lead Designer or Structural Engineer while supporting projects from concept through construction.

• Develop structural models and drawings using AutoCAD and CADWorx Structure.
• Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and details for steel and concrete structures.
• Produce pipe rack, platform, equipment foundation, and building drawings.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve design issues.
• Incorporate engineering markups and client comments.
• Support field revisions and as-built documentation.
• Maintain drawing quality and company drafting standards.

• 5-10 years of industrial structural design experience.
• Experience detailing structural steel and reinforced concrete.
• Ability to interpret engineering sketches and calculations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Office-based position supporting engineering and design teams with occasional field visits as required. Must be able to work in a collaborative, multi-discipline EPC environment and manage multiple priorities.
