We are partnering with a rapidly growing, globally operating organization in the energy and technology sector that is seeking a Global FP&A Manager to join its expanding finance team in Katy, Texas. This is a highly visible role within a company that has completed multiple acquisitions and continues to scale through both organic growth and M&A activity.
Position Overview- Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning processes across a multi entity, multinational organization
- Own and enhance monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior leadership and executive decision making
- Partner closely with operational and business leaders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Support acquisition activity including financial due diligence, valuation support, and integration planning for newly acquired businesses
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, cost analysis, and growth initiatives
- Drive insights into revenue trends, margin performance, and cost structure optimization across global operations
- Support ongoing scaling of the FP&A function within a high growth, acquisition driven environment
- 8 plus years of progressive corporate FP&A experience in large or mid sized complex organizations
- Strong preference for experience in PE backed companies, particularly within renewable energy, energy, or technology sectors
- Demonstrated global or multi national experience supporting operations across multiple countries
- 2 plus years of leadership or people management experience preferred
- Experience building, scaling, or improving FP&A functions in high growth environments
- Strong exposure to mergers and acquisitions including transaction support and post merger integration
- Highly proficient in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience partnering with senior leadership
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and evolving organization
