Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates during Career Day events and discuss available retail financial services roles
• Learn about branch operations, consumer lending products, and compliance requirements
• Provide information on customer service expectations and performance metrics
• Support underbanked consumers by explaining our financial products and services
• Participate in interviews, assessments, and hiring conversations with recruiters and managers
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and interest in financial services careers
• Understand cash handling, point-of-sale, and documentation requirements for branch roles
• Commit to fast-paced, performance-driven work with sales and service goals
• Complete required training on regulatory compliance and company policies
• Explore advancement pathways into leadership and multi-unit roles over time
