We are looking for a versatile Licensed Esthetician who is not only skilled in skincare but also capable of managing front‑desk responsibilities, including sales and customer service. This dual role is perfect for a proactive professional who excels in client interaction and aims to grow in both esthetics and spa management.

• Conduct personalized skin consultations and perform skincare treatments using Circadia products and sothys products
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions in register.
• Drive the sale of spa services and skincare products, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Maintain exemplary standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk.
• Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and provide clear, friendly communication to enhance client relationships.
• Uphold the spa’s operational standards and contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow.

• Valid esthetician license in Texas.
• Experience in retail sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiently use Circadia skin care line for treatments and care menu.
• Strong organizational and phone skills, with previous experience at a spa front desk.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and some evenings
  .
• Previous Experience in Spa front desk sales associate and wellness coordinator is a plus
• Basic Computer Skills, POS, Phone System

• Hourly base pay plus Tiered Straight Commission: on service sales & products sales, incentivizing high performance and exceptional client service.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

• What Facial /Skin Care Modalities you are proficient with?
• Proficient with Circadia line is required for this position, are you trained & proficient with Circadia Menu & Products?
• Do you wear gloves when perform facial? if so, the whole session or partial of the session?
• if you are scheduled to work from 10 am to 7 pm , what time you will come in to get yourself ready?
• As an esthetician, how often do you do your own hands treatment to make sure your nails are in TDLR compliance when you do facial?
• Do you think it is necessary to do a good face massage during a facial session or no need? and why?

All Is Well Massage & Spa is an upscale large holistic healing wellness spa clinic in Katy, TX that provides services and treatments including but not limited to massage therapies, fire cupping, Gua Sha, acupuncture, TCM, and facial/skin care services. Faith‑based and member‑based, customer‑focused with a passion to grow and thrive, we provide a lot of advanced trainings.
