Full-Time | Katy TX

Diesel Barbershop is hiring a working Manager or Co-Manager. A licensed barber or stylist who leads from the chair. You’ll spend the majority of your shift cutting while supporting team development, shop operations, and the client experience. This is not a booth rental and not a title-only position. This is a working leader role for someone who takes pride in both their craft and their team.

• Perform men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight‑razor shaves
• Build client relationships that drive rebooking and retention

• Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Coach staff on performance metrics (rebooking rate, average ticket, retail sales, and service time)
• Enforce Diesel standards and procedures (service steps, appearance guidelines, cash handling, phone etiquette, appointments)
• Assist with cash drawer accuracy, deposits, and end‑of‑day procedures
• Handle client concerns professionally

• Active Barber or Cosmetology license in [State]
• Proven skill in men’s cuts, fades, and razor work
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Available nights and weekends
• Reliable, professional, and solution‑oriented

• Must be available during shop open hours

• Average transaction per Client $45+.
• Staff Average Pay is from $30 to $55+ per hour with tenure.
