The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including extensions, lifts, tinting, threading, and more. We are looking for a lash stylist who has at least one year of full‑time lashing experience and enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate can work independently, understands the importance of safe application of eyelash extensions, and is highly motivated, friendly, and responsible.

The Lash Lounge is a world‑class destination for semi‑permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading, and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.

We invest in you as a stylist through our proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. You’ll receive both intensive theory‑based and hands‑on education to further your professional career. Our curriculum, refined over decades, is highly regarded industry‑wide and rivals the best in the business. Our stylists are provided with a built‑in book of guests, meaning that marketing, scheduling, and guest check‑in are managed by our front desk team, allowing you to focus on what you love and make women feel beautiful.

• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after‑care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high‑quality, consecutive, professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• A minimum of one year of full‑time lashing experience (school experience not included)
• Customer service focused; loves on your clients
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self‑learning and is comfortable educating clients on products and services offered
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 4 PM
• Opportunity for extended schedule following training and certification
• Must be able to work the above mentioned schedule

Compensation: $2,000.00 – $4,000.00 per month
