Esthetician Position Overview

All Is Well Holistic Spa is seeking an experienced, results-driven Esthetician to join our growing team. This full-time position is ideal for a skincare professional who is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.

As a well-established luxury wellness spa serving Katy, Texas for over 10 years, we provide a supportive team environment, strong client demand, and opportunities for professional growth. We are seeking a self-motivated, sales-driven professional who enjoys learning, developing new skills, and contributing to the success of the spa.

• Perform professional facial treatments and skincare services
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare products, home care, and treatment recommendations
• Promote memberships, treatment packages, retail products, and service enhancements
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client experiences
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and professional
• Stay current on skincare trends, products, and treatment protocols
• Support spa promotions, events, and business growth initiatives

• Active Texas Esthetician License
• Minimum 2 years of professional esthetician experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to recommend treatments and retail products
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on client retention and results
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Experience with Circadia skincare products and protocols preferred
• Experience performing customized facials, corrective treatments, and advanced skincare services
• Experience in a luxury spa, medical spa, or high-end wellness environment
• Strong consultation and client relationship-building skills

• Full-time position
